In my role in many cases I have the pleasure of meeting people at the start of their Senior Care journey. Meeting them where they are at and being able to help them find the perfect intersection of their needs and what we provide really produces a beautiful synergy with the end result being that when they become a new resident they find a true home that they are comfortable in within a community that they absolutely love.
The answer is really within the question itself and that is that the community of people that make up Golden Pond are what I really love. From the incredible staff to the wonderful residents, just being around people who have a zeal for life renews my spirit every single day.
In truth, this is my first experience within the Healthcare and Senior Care field, but I'm delighted to bring over fifteen years of Customer Service, Sales, and People Leadership experience into this environment. I believe I bring a fresh pair of eyes and ideas to the team and try and look at blending past knowledge with an adaptation to this fast-paced and ever-evolving community.
Growing up within a family that embodied a servant mentality means that at my core I'm here to help in any way possible. With my primary responsibilities currently being centered around increasing and maintaining occupancy as the Sales & Marketing Director my extensive Sales-focused background allows me to be friendly and personable on Tours, while at the same time aggressive in the overall pursuit of finding any and every possible angle to evangelize about the awesomeness that is Golden Pond.
In the future my hope is to be able to also apply my Leadership skills to helping sculpt an environment and culture where people are eager, excited, and happy to come into work and take care of our residents.
I've got a gorgeous wife and five amazing children. They keep me busy in many, many ways. I love spending time with them as well as our two Aussiedoodle puppies.
I'm a museum geek and enjoy visiting nearly any and all types of museums (Art, History, Science, etc...) as well as a huge lover of the Arts. In particular I have the best of times with watching films at home and in the theater, and then discussing them afterwards. Anytime and anywhere I can be creative brings me an overabundance of joy.
