Chaz Osen has served as the Director of Marketing at Golden Pond Retirement Community for the past five years, where he combines professionalism, compassion, and reliability to help seniors and their families find a welcoming place to call home. Passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults, Chaz takes pride in connecting people with the care, comfort, and community they deserve.

Outside of his work at Golden Pond, Chaz is dedicated to giving back to the community through coaching youth sports. He enjoys mentoring the next generation, teaching teamwork, perseverance, and the value of hard work—both on and off the field.

Known for his availability, integrity, and heartfelt approach, Chaz continues to make a lasting impact on everyone he works with, from residents and families to his colleagues and community members.
